  • 100gms unsalted butter
  • 90gms liquid glucose
  • 180gms castor sugar
  • 90gms plain flour

Melt butter and liquid glucose in a bowl over water

Mix castor sugar and flour in another bowl

Pour in melted butter and glucose and stir to mix well

Preheat oven to 180C

Roll 1 teaspoon of mixture into balls

Cook two biscuits at a time on a baking tray as they spread in size
