Chocolate Brownies (Equagold)

Ingredients
  • 200g Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsps Equagold Tahitian Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Dutch Cocoa
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Bits or 1 Cherry Ripe Bar (chopped)

Preheat oven to 160C

Melt the butter and sugar together in a large pot on low heat.

Take off the heat as soon as it is melted and add the vanilla extract.

Mix in the eggs and then the dried ingredients.

Add the chocolate bits or cherry ripe chunks.

Bake in a lined 23cm square tin for 45–50 minutes

Leave to cool in tin.

Once cool slice and dust with icing sugar.
