  • 200gms softened unsalted butter
  • 600gms coverture milk chocolate
  • 6 tablesp golden syrup
  • 290gms rich tea biscuits
  • 75gms pistachios
  • 150 gms hazelnuts roasted and crushed
  • 90 gms pink and vanilla marshmallows

Line an 8”square cake tin with baking paper

Place butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a large plastic bowl

Melt slowly in the microwave in 20 sec increments

Add in broken up biscuits and nuts
