  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 125 grams butter
  • ⅓ cups castor sugar 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
  • 100gms preserved ginger
  • finely chopped
  • 3 cups Cornflakes or Special K 350gms couverture chocolate
  • 30g copha

Stir dates, ginger, butter, sugar, honey in saucepan over low heat until dates are soft.
