Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie

  • 400gms dark chocolate
  • 500gms unsalted butter
  • 3.5 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teasp vanilla
  • 8 eggs
  • 70gms raw cacao
  • 2.5 cups GF plain flour
  • 1.5 teasp baking powder
  • 1 cup hazelnuts

Preheat oven to 170C

Prepare tray

Melt the butter, chocolate and sugar together in a large pot on low heat.

Take off the heat as soon as it is melted and add the vanilla extract.

Cool mixture

Whisk eggs in a jug.

Mix eggs into cooed chocolate mixture

Fold in dry ingredients
