Heat oven to 220 degrees

Fold in cream an milk
Knead the dough on a floured board
Flatten dough to a 3-4 cms high rectangle
Use a scone or circle shaped cutter to cut out scones
Place scones close together on a greased and floured tray
Bake scones on top shelf of oven for 10 to 12 minutes
Serve with cream and jam
