place butter and honey in a small saucepan
cook over a low heat until melted and smooth
remove from heat
add flour and sugar and combine well
transfer mixture into a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
drop teaspoonfuls of mixture, three at a time, 5cm apart onto a baking paper lined oven tray
bake at 220C for 3-4 minutes or until golden
remove and cool on a tray for 2 minutes
using a spatula, carefully transfer honey crisps onto a wire rack to cool completely
makes about 16 honey crisps.
