Beat butter and sugar fill combined
Add in vanilla and melted chocolate

Set oven at 190c
Set dough on baking paper 1" apart
Bake for 20 to 25mins, checking after 15 mins
Bake till firm when touched in the centre
Cool completely on the baking sheets
Filling
Beat butter till soft and creamy
Add vanilla and icing sugar
Beat in milk and salt
Place 1 tablesp filling on each biscuit half
Press cookie on top and evenly distribute cream
