Peanut Coconut Slice

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup coconut
  • ¾ cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup SR flour
  • 4 ozs raw peanuts
  • 4 ozs butter Nuts for the top
  • Lemon Glaze
  • 1½ cups icing sugar
  • 1 tablesp lemon
  • 1 tablesp boiling water

Combine coconut, flour, sugar and peanuts

Add melted butter and mix well

Press into 11 x 7 tin
